New Wikiled version 3.6.2 released

After some time we have successfully released 3.6.2 version with multiple minor fixes as well as a new silverlight keyboard implementation.

My aim is to polish existing application, fix outstanding bugs and start implementing machine learning module, which would allow dictionary’s translations.
